As usual, the service at Sallas on 87th street was great from the moment I entered the business. I had been having problems with the HVAC system in my 2006 Explorer. The fan only worked on one setting (high) and the vent selection control was not working properly. I described my problems to John Blauw and he immediately knew what I was talking about and told me what was most likely going on. and most importantly, yes,they could fix it. I got an appointment for two days later. During that day, John called to tell me the fan speed problem had been solved and repaired, but the vent selection repair was going to be quite costly and would take considerably more time. He gave me the choice of going ahead with or just leaving it as is. I chose the later. When I picked my vehicle up I found it had been repaired just as described and I enjoyed not having the fan running full blast of the drive home. The next morning, John had e-mailed me a Thank You and attached a link to my Explore's "Digital Inspection Results". This document is sensational. I will bring my Explorer in in a couple of weeks to get the items that need attention fixed. The crew at your 87th Street Location is the best.
